Leaked images confirm no home button in the Galaxy S8

A batch of leaked images of the Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro smartphone has mounted up on the internet. The display curved at both edges, no fingerprint sensor, similar camera unit. The case indicates the single lens camera and the lack of physical Home Button which was rumored previous year.

It was a prediction we thought about last year but now the year is upon us we are starting to see rumoured phones that are close to the edge.

Yesterday we shared with you a bunch of Galaxy S8 renders which seem to confirm a few things about the upcoming flagship.

Beyond stretching the screen and ditching the home button, the Galaxy S8 looks mostly familiar-at least as far as the hardware is concerned. Bezels are also spotted at the top and bottom portions of the phone.

In terms of design, the source revealed that the Galaxy X was initially a clamshell device but Samsung found that consumers might find it cumbersome to unfold the device every time they want to use it. At CES, the company announced that the mid-range XCalibur would be IP68 certified.

Apple may be planning to make its next iPhone even more waterproof, according to the newest rumor out of Asia.

The website also claims that both the iPhone 8 and Galaxy S8 will use waterproof tapes instead of adhesives to achieve the IP68 rating because tape makes them easier to fix. We tend to skip them because they are hardly ever indicative of what manufacturers are actually doing with the phones in question. From a certain angle it appears to be a micro USB but that is highly unlikely since Samsung has incorporated USB-C in its Note 7 and Galaxy A 2017 models.

With Samsung Galaxy A3 2017 being a mere midranger, it should see the new update come its way towards the end of Q1 or in early Q2 2017.
