Kanye West's 'memory coming back' after hospital stay, says producer

Just a day before Kanye West presents his latest collection at New York Fashion Week, the musician/designer sent out the invites for the highly anticipated event.

Rapper Malik Yusef, who has collaborated with Kanye, told Popsugar that the rapper still has issues since he was sent to the UCLA Medical Center for what was described as "temporary psychosis".

'His memory is coming back, which is super good.

The rapper was rushed to hospital late past year after having a breakdown just days after cancelling the remaining dates of his Saint Pablo tour.

Every move that Kanye West makes is amplified by his star power, so it's only right that his Valentine's Day date with Kim K has turned into promo for an upcoming adidas release.

Both Kim and Kanye were a no-show at the Grammy Awards.

Despite the fact that the rapper was rumoured to be back in the studio, Yusef insisted that West isn't working at the moment. And while it took team WWD 30 minutes to get through four different security checkpoints, all seems calmer and more organized than West's September show, which saw the likes of fainting models and peeved guests.

West's previous collections have often been a spectacle and are a popular stop during the New York Fashion Week celebrations.

Yusef also added that, at this time, West is not working on any new music and is instead enjoying spending quality time at home with his son, Saint.
